Oracle数据库出现ORA-29807: specified operator does not exist

我们在装完oracle 9i软件后,用dbca工具创建数据库到一半时,有时会出现
ORA-29807: specified operator does not exist,这个时候我们安确定后,就能顺利执行,和创建数据库成功
,那为什么在创建过程中会出现这个错误呢,查了下metalink是bug,bug号为4270038 可以ignore掉
以下是bug说明
10.9 Bug 4270038 When using Database Configuration Assistant in standalone mode to create a database, the following error will occur:
ORA-29807: specified operator does not existWorkaround:Click Ignore.
其实和bug 2925665是同一个错误

WHILE CREATING DB BY DBCA, IT SHOWS ORA-29807 ERROR.
