oracle em节点启动不成功问题处理总结

1 问题描述 客户数据库项目从oracle 9i数据库升级到oracle10g后，oracle em在节点1启动不成功，节点2可以正常启动。节点1启动时报错如下:[oracle@db1 ~]$ emctl start dbconsoleTZ set to PRCOracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control Release 10.2.0.5.0 Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.https://db1:5502/em/console/aboutApplication- An instance of Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control is already running. [oracle@db1 ~]$
2 处理过程 1. 查看em的状态[oracle@db1 ~]$ emctl status dbconsoleTZ set to PRCOracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control Release 10.2.0.5.0 Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.https://db1:5502/em/console/aboutApplicationOracle Enterprise Manager 10g is not running. ------------------------------------------------------------------Logs are generated in directory /oracle/app/oracle/product/10.2/db1_CTAIS1/sysman/log显示没有运行。
2. 尝试关闭em[oracle@db1 ~]$ emctl stop dbconsoleTZ set to PRCOracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control Release 10.2.0.5.0 Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.https://db1:5502/em/console/aboutApplicationStopping Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control ... --- Failed to shutdown DBConsole Gracefully --- failed.提示关闭失败。
3. 重建EM重建后还是错误提示一样。
4. 安装8350262补丁安装8350262补丁后,问题还是一样，节点1em依旧启动不成功。
5. 寻求oracle技术支持,开tarOracle的建议是:On both nodes
1) emctl stop dbconsole
2) ps -ef | grep OC4J ==> kill any processes found related to this dbcontrol
3) ps -ef | grep agent ==> kill any process found related to dbcontrol's agent通过掉oc4j进程，em在节点1可以正常启动。em使用正常。
3 结论和建议 遇到些自己解决不了的问题，可以寻求oracle技术支持，包括开tar,发贴等。
